Product Description


ER70S-6 gas shielded welding wire is a commonly used carbon steel gas shielded welding wire.


Mechanical properties
Tensile strength: not less than 500MPa, the typical value can reach about 585MPa, so that the weld has a higher load-bearing capacity.


Yield strength: not less than 420MPa, the typical value is about 475MPa, to ensure that the weld has good resistance to deformation when under stress.


Elongation: ≥22%, the typical value is 27%, with a certain toughness, can withstand a certain degree of deformation without breaking.


Impact toughness: at -30℃, the impact value is not less than 27J, with good low-temperature toughness, can meet the use requirements under different ambient temperatures.
